For those of us that are on the front line, there are always things that we would change if we could. However our companies are so large that our ideas just get lost in the structure. Post them here and just maybe with everyone joining in support there will be enough momentum to at least get heard.

I would have waited until the flight numbers were changed from NWA to Delta before the signs were changed. The NWA passengers are too confused about where to check in. Read More

Another thing we regularly do, during irregular ops, is put people just going to the next destination on the earlier airplanes before the people who will misconnect on the later flight. I would give the connection people priority. Read More

During irregular ops, if the plane isn’t going anywhere, just pushing to sit out on the taxiway, it would not be able to leave the gate until it was full. We could avoid many misconnects if this happened. Read More
